Pre-packaged and sealed devices which have not been opened or used can be returned to us for a refund of the purchase price less any additional shipping fees. While we do not accept returns for opened and/or used devices, the Auster Vape Co. ensures that we will help get you to the right person or manufacturer that can solve your problem.
Due to the nature of high-demand serialized devices (hardware with limited edition numbering), these items constitute a final sale and no refunds are available. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on vaping liquids due to security, health, and safety concerns. If you have a problem with the liquids you have received, please email us at email@example.com and we guarantee to help you resolve the problem the right away.
You have 30 Calendar days to return an item from the date it was received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after having inspected the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
